SE Shropshire

This is the largest of our five geogaphical areas and so has the most churches.  A good day out is to drive along the lovely Corvedale Valley from Ludlow to Much Wenlock, visiting the churches in our booklet along the way.

The South East Shropshire area includes the Clee Hills, and is a great place for walking.

The main towns are Telford and the pleasant market towns of Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock.

The Ironbridge Gorge Museum, the cradle of the Industrial Revolution, is one of the  greatest visitor attractions in the country, as is the Severn Valley Railway.
